The Employee Salary Raise Request feature provides employees with an opportunity to request a salary raise by submitting a formal application. This request follows a multi-level approval process, involving managers, HR, Accounting, and the General Manager to ensure thorough evaluation and alignment with company policies.

Steps to Submit a Salary Raise Request

Employees can apply for a salary raise by following these steps:

  • Navigate to the Apply Salary Raise Request option under the Accounting menu.
  • Complete the application form with the following information:
    • Raise Percentage: Specify the desired percentage increase, calculated based on the employee’s basic salary.
    • Raise Reason: Provide a justification or reason for the salary raise request.
  • Submit the application. The request then enters the approval workflow, where it progresses through each level for review.

Line Manager, HR, Accountatn and General Manager will receive notification about the forwarded requests, or can check the (In Process Salary Raise Requests) Page

In Process Salary Riase Requests
  1. Manager Review: The request is first forwarded to the employee’s direct manager. The manager can access the employee’s Productivity Insight Report to evaluate performance and make an informed decision to approve or refuse.
  2. HR Review: If approved by the manager, the request advances to HR, where HR personnel can view the employee’s Salary Progression Report for a history of salary adjustments before making their decision.
  3. Accounting Review: If HR approves, the request is sent to the Accounting team for further review and approval.
  4. General Manager Approval: Finally, if approved by Accounting, the request reaches the General Manager for the final decision.
  5. Salary Adjustment: Upon final approval from the General Manager, the system automatically applies the salary raise to the employee’s profile.

Notifications

The employee receives a notification at each stage of the request process, keeping them informed of the current status, whether it moves forward, is approved, or is rejected at any level.
