Balance Sheet Report

The Balance Sheet Report is a crucial financial statement that provides a snapshot of a company's financial position at a specific point in time.

Check the Accounting Reports in this Video

Access the Balance Sheet Report by navigating to Accounts Report under the Accounting menu and then clicking on Balance Sheet Report.

Groups Overview

The system will categorize all Accounts grouped by their Account Types, showing the sum of all Transactions amounts of each account along with the total amount of each group.

Export Options

Export PDF: The report includes an option to export the Balance Sheet Report as a PDF document. This feature allows users to save, print, or share the report in a standard, easily accessible format.
