Lead Sources

Understanding where your clients come from is crucial for effective marketing and business development strategies. The Lead Sources feature within the Clients Management module allows you to categorize and track the origins of your clients. By identifying the sources that bring in the most valuable clients, you can allocate resources more efficiently and focus on the channels that yield the best results.

Whether your clients are coming from online marketing campaigns, referrals, events, or other sources, this feature enables you to document and analyze the effectiveness of each lead source. By tracking and managing lead sources, you gain insights into your client acquisition process, helping you to refine your marketing strategies and maximize return on investment.

To manage client lead sources, navigate to the Lead Sources section under the Clients Management menu. This section provides a list of all existing lead sources, allowing you to easily view and manage them.

Creating a New Lead Source

To add a new lead source, follow these steps:

  • Click on the plus (+) icon at the top of the Lead Sources list.
  • Fill in the required fields for the new lead source:
    • Source Name: Enter a descriptive name for the lead source.

Once you've filled in the required information, click "Create" to save the new lead source. This lead source will now be available to assign to clients, helping you to track where each client originated.
