Payment Methods

In the Accounting module, managing payment methods efficiently is essential for accurate financial operations and reporting. The system allows accountants to define a list of available payment methods, ensuring that transactions are categorized correctly and reports reflect the accurate modes of payment.

To manage payment methods:

  1. Navigate to the Accounting menu.
  2. Click on Payment Methods to view the existing list.

To add a new payment method:

  1. Click on the plus (+) icon at the top of the Payment Methods list.
  2. Fill in the Payment Method Name field.
  3. Click Create to save the new payment method.

This process helps ensure that all financial transactions are recorded using the correct payment methods, which is crucial for accurate accounting and reporting.
